Adrienne Schmidt, LCSW, is a therapist, owner of Adrienne Schmidt Counseling PLLC, and co-founder of Practice Pursuit for Therapists. As co-host of the Practice Pursuit podcast alongside her friend Rachel Kimbrel, Adrienne brings a grounded, encouraging voice to the journey of building a private practice.
She’s passionate about helping therapists step into business ownership with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Adrienne draws from her own experience in private practice to offer relatable guidance, practical tools, and emotional support to clinicians navigating entrepreneurship.
Outside of work, Adrienne loves tap dancing, playing the piano, and spending quality time with her two boys.
